Are pets allowed in your vehicles?

Pets are allowed in our vehicles as long as they are clean, have a collar and have all medical certificates. Any animal transported should be accompanied by a person. When booking by phone or e-mail, do not forget to let us know specifically !

How many passengers and suitcases are allowed?

A taxi is carrying from 1 to 4 passengers maximum, 4 normal suitcases (25kg) and 4 hand baggage. If you have more suitcases, please indicate this during the reservation.

How do I know if you have received my reservation?
